She has worked with various telecom vendors and operators, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each role.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫: 𝐄𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐭 holds an engineering degree, an MBA, and is an INSEAD graduate, equipping her with a unique blend of technical and business acumen. Currently, she is the Technology Financial Management Deputy Director at Banglalink Telecommunications Ltd., managing 90% of Banglalink’s budget with strategic oversight, ensuring cost-efficient operations, and driving innovation.
