On July 17, 2025, the 𝐈𝐄𝐄𝐄 𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 successfully hosted its inaugural 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝟏.𝟎: 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡. This engaging session was designed to guide students in transitioning from university to the professional world, and it was a resounding success! The session covered two distinct topics, each packed with valuable insights and information.

️The event began with an inspiring opening speech by 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀.𝐊.𝐌 𝐄𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐥 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦, Counselor of IASB, setting a motivational tone for the day. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐥, Advisor of IEEE PES AUST SBC, honored the seminar with his gracious presence.

Following this, 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐝𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐲, (Key Account Manager, Senior Executive, Supply Chain Department, MGH Group) shared valuable insights into navigating the supply chain industry, drawing from her own experience in the corporate sector. She discussed how the industry operates in real-world settings and offered practical advice for aspiring professionals looking to build a successful career in this field.

Next, we had the pleasure of hearing from 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫, (Lead- Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, Bangladesh – Sri Lanka Reckitt) who provided expert guidance on crafting impactful CVs, excelling in job applications, and standing out in today’s competitive job market. He also elaborated on the recruitment landscape in Bangladesh, highlighting key skills employers look for and how participants should approach job opportunities strategically.

The session was highly interactive, with students from various departments and semesters actively participating, gaining clarity and motivation to pursue their career goals. To conclude, both speakers were honored with tokens of appreciation for their invaluable contributions.
