𝗜𝗘𝗘𝗘 𝗔𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 (𝗜𝗔𝗦𝗕) 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 is now accepting applications for the position of your choice. Generally, it takes a maximum of 2 to 3 hours to prepare and submit a quality application.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴.
Please, note the following.

1. You must be a Student Member of IEEE, in affiliation with IEEE AUST Student Branch for the Year 2026 to be eligible to submit your application via this Google Form. If you have not taken the Student Membership, you may visit here: Click Here, https://forms.gle/hWjFcqc1hgUc54yR6
2. You may submit your preferred position in IEEE AUST Student Branch Ex-Com (Main Panel) and also may apply to the Executive Committees of IASB Women in Engineering Affinity Group, IEEE AUST SB Signal Processing Society and Communications Society Joint SB Chapter and/or IEEE Power & Energy Society AUST SB Chapter or IEEE Electron Device Society AUST SBC.
3. To apply for any of the Technical Society (SPS-ComSoc / PES/EDS) Chapter positions, you should have membership of that particular IEEE Technical Society. This is mandatory for this year (2026). If you want, you can still take membership from here: Click Here, https://forms.gle/hWjFcqc1hgUc54yR6
4. Apply for the position you find yourself best suitable for, however, please note that the applicants will not be considered for their chosen positions only. Rather, the applicants will be considered for other positions/committees, in case he/she does not get his/her preferred position. Remember, a selected applicant cannot back-off from the responsibilities.
5. One applicant may be selected for multiple posts/positions.
6. IEEE AUST Student Branch holds the right to cancel/extend/reduce the deadline for submission of this application form.
7. The Executive Committee is expected to have an active period of 1 year, preferably from February 2026 to January 2027. The period of the Committee may extend/reduce in the future.
8. IEEE AUST SB reserves the right to create new/cut-out old Ex-Com positions for better adjustment of the structure of the Committee.
9. Please remember that the Ex-Com positions are all voluntary working responsibilities. It is preferable if only the passionate and dedicated volunteers with a strong intent in mind apply for the posts as those will not offer any monetary benefits to them from IEEE. Please carry a sense of ownership while doing your duties towards IASB and work with the motivation of leaving a strong legacy behind.
10. The Executive Committees of IEEE AUST Student Branch (IASB), IEEE AUST SB WIE Affinity Group, IEEE AUST SB SPS and ComSoc Joint Chapter and IEEE PES AUST SB Chapter, IEEE EDS AUST SBC will be announced in the Annual General Meeting 2026.
    11.If an applicant applies for the same position at both the Main Branch and a Chapter, priority will be given to the Main Branch for consideration. If you are primarily interested in any Chapter position, we recommend applying directly for that role at the Chapter and considering another position at the Main Branch.
