INDCon 2026 – International Industrial Application Congress
Co-located with the 5th IEEE PEEIACON 2026

Organized by: Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), Dhaka

INDCon 2026 is a premier student forum designed to bring together aspiring engineering students, researchers, innovators, and IEEE student volunteers from across Bangladesh. Co-located with the 5th IEEE Power, Electrical, Electronics and Industrial Applications Conference (PEEIACON 2026), INDCon provides an exciting platform to showcase innovative ideas, projects, and research, participate in technical competitions, engage with experts through keynote and invited talks, and expand professional networks within the STEM community.

Mode of Participation: Hybrid

Eligibility Criteria:
An individual or a team is allowed to participate in one of the following Congress Segments:

1. Idea Pitching Competition
Theme: Innovative Solutions for Current Challenges in Bangladesh’s Power & Energy Sector

• Team-based competition (Minimum 3 members and Maximum 5 members per team)
• Participants will receive mentorship before the final presentation.
• Present your innovative solution before a panel of experts.

2. Projects / Theses Showcasing
Showcase your research, final-year project, or innovative engineering solution.

Participants will present through:
• Digital Poster Presentation
• Oral Presentation
• Live Demonstration (if applicable)

Projects and theses from the broad technical areas of power and energy are welcome.

3. Quiz Competition
An exciting individual quiz covering:

• Invited Talks
• Workshops
• IEEE Bangladesh Section & IEEE Industrial Applications Society Bangladesh Chapter
• Technical Presentations conducted during the conference

Prize Pool
Total Prize Money: BDT 30,000

Idea Pitching (Group Category)
🥇 Champion – BDT 5,000
🥈 1st Runner-up – BDT 4,000
🥉 2nd Runner-up – BDT 3,000
(Maximum number of members in a group is five.)

Projects / Theses Showcasing
🥇 Champion – BDT 5,000
🥈 1st Runner-up – BDT 4,000
🥉 2nd Runner-up – BDT 3,000
(No limit on the number of members in a projects/theses team.)

Quiz Competition (Individual)
