The IEEE AUST Student Branch is pleased to announce the 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 in collaboration with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) AUST and the Satellite Communication Laboratory. The theme of this year’s competition is “𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲: 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆”
Nanosatellites, the miniature marvels of space exploration, have taken the world by storm with their compact size and groundbreaking capabilities. In this competition, we invite you to immerse yourself in the captivating world of nanosatellites and showcase your expertise in this rapidly evolving field. From revolutionizing Earth observation to propelling communication systems to new heights, nanosatellites are at the forefront of transforming our understanding of space.
By participating in this competition, you’ll have the opportunity to unravel the complexities of nanosatellite technology and make a significant impact.

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:

  • The competition is open to all the current students of AUST.
  • Each student is allowed to submit only one paper for the competition.
  • Group work is not permitted, and all submissions must be individual efforts.

𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀:

  • Articles must be written in English.
  • Participants are required to submit an article with a maximum length of three pages. Ensure that your article adheres to this limit, as entries exceeding the page limit will not be considered.
  • The font for the article should be 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻.The font size for the article should be 𝟭𝟭. Adjust the font size accordingly to meet this requirement.
  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀:
The competition welcomes both journal-style papers and review articles from participating students. Your article should focus on various aspects of nanosatellites, including their significance in space communication, current and potential applications, technical challenges, and advancements in technology.
Additionally, we encourage you to explore the future prospects of nanosatellites and their role in shaping space exploration.

𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁:
Participants should submit their articles in MS Word Document format. Please save your file
using the following format: “FirstName_LastName_Article.docx”. Submissions in any other format will not be
considered.

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟮𝟬 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗱.

  • Top 20 participants will get certificates and top 20 articles, along with the winners, will be published in the official magazine of the Satellite Communication Laboratory, AUST.
  • The top 20 students will be considered during the upcoming student recruitment process for the Satellite Communication Laboratory (AUSTSAT) project.
  • Top 10 participants will get Souvenir From IEEE AUST Student Branch.
