With the overwhelming global impact of the fourth industrial revolution, the responsibility of Engineers is now enormous. Every day, every second, new horizons are explored. IEEE, its chapters, its societies, researchers, academicians, and students need to work 24×7 with the highest level of passion and efficiency. Recent outbreak of Covid 19 and War in Europe changes the world scenario so much that, now past outlook, mindset demands for revolutionary changes. So, now is the time to be more proactive, industrious and to show more integrity, ethics, and faithful teamwork to make the world greener and comfortable for future ages to come. All the research works must focus on sustainable development to combat all challenges that include climate changes and other negative forces.  Students are required to be highly motivated with proper moral education. It can be achieved through appropriate learning approaches, research, dialogue and communication and total dedication. I wish IASB all the very best in these regards. Thank you.
